Storytelling And Sandplay

Storytelling and Sandplay done on a regular basis has proven to improve the learning skills, self-image and mental well being of children around the world. For some children, it helps them to overcome poor self-image, learning difficulties and emotional problems as well. The ancient art of storytelling is especially well-suited for student exploration.

As a learning tool, storytelling can encourage children/students to explore their unique expressiveness and can heighten a student’s ability to communicate thoughts and feelings in an articulate, lucid manner. These benefits transcend the art experience to support daily life skills. In our fast-paced, media-driven world, storytelling and sandplay can be a nurturing way to remind children/students that their spoken words are powerful, that listening is important, and that clear communication between people is an art. Our Approach

During each session, in a “free and protected place” provided by a personal tray, the child/student plays with sand, water, toys and miniatures, constructing a concrete manifestations of their inner world. Upon completion, he will tell his story to the trainer. As a learning tool, storytelling can encourage the child to explore their unique expressiveness. It addition, it heightens a child’s ability to communicate thoughts and feelings in an articulate, lucid manner. Suitable for ages 3 and above.

Course Fee and Dates:
$350 per child
Each course comprise 5 weekly session of 1 hours
Sessions: Every Saturdays
Timing: 2 pm (First come first served basis)
