Barbara Turner started her journey into Jungian Sandplay therapy with Dora M. Kalff, the founder of the Sandplay therapy method, way back in 1988. Today, Dr Turner is a certified Sandplay therapist and a teaching member. In addition, she is also a registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and a licensed Marriage Family Child Therapist. Dr Turner is also the author of The Handbook of Sandplay Therapy, which is considered to be one of the most reliable texts on Jungian Sandplay.She teaches the wonders of sandplay and play therapy to mental health clinicians all over the world and is a renowned consultant to Sandplay and play practitioners.

He served as teen advice columnist for Current Health, a contributing editor to Your Health and Fitness, and has received 3 national writing awards for Best Consumer Health Writing.
Bob is a graduate of Rutgers University and the University of South Carolina, and has served as adjunct professor at several universities. He provides trainings nationally in couple therapy, family therapy, brief therapy, and clinical supervision. He is currently in private practice in Charlottesville, Virginia with Lewis Weber & Associates.
